A line like "helps regulate blood sugar" turns a food listing into something closer to a therapeutic claim, and that sits in a different regulatory category than "AA grade, sourced from Bam, 500g pack." Distributors who keep the two separate avoid a problem that's easy to sidestep just by describing the product.
